Teacher Testimony of Faith
Required for All Instructional Staff and Administrators
1. Personal Profession of Faith in Jesus Christ
I have personally accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, who died for my sins, rose from the grave, and offers eternal life to all who trust in Him.
2. Belief in the Authority of Scripture
I believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God and is the final authority for my faith and practice, both personally and professionally.
3. Commitment to a Biblical Worldview
I affirm a biblical worldview that acknowledges God as Creator, humanity as created in His image, and Christ as Redeemer. I strive to integrate biblical truth into all areas of life, learning, and teaching.
4. Lifestyle and Conduct
I understand that, as a Christian educator and role model for students, I am called to live a life of integrity, moral purity, and service to others in accordance with biblical principles, including God’s design for marriage, family, and sexuality.
5. Unity with the Body of Christ
I affirm the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ and support the mission of the local church. I will encourage students to develop their own relationship with Christ and participate in Christian fellowship.
6. Agreement with School’s Statement of Faith
I have read and fully agree with the Unity Academy for Boys Statement of Faith. I commit to supporting and upholding the school’s Christian mission, doctrinal commitments, and standards in my teaching, relationships, and responsibilities.
