GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TEACHING POSITIONS

  • Faith: A committed follower of Christ (with an ACTIVE church membership), passionate about mentoring students both academically and spiritually.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage students meaningfully.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage classroom tasks, deadlines, and student projects efficiently.
  • Passion for Teaching: Enthusiasm for educating students in a Christ-centered academic environment.
  • Christian Education Experience: Familiarity with christian education as well as same gender classrooms methods and principles is highly desirable for all positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teach courses assigned, fulfill other duties assigned.
  • Mentor twelve to fifteen students as part of a comprehensive grade level Advisory team.
  • Engage in the life of the school beyond the classroom.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Have at least 1-3 years’ experience teaching.
